My land line was not working properly for over a month. After a million telephone calls to customer care representatives, a certain technician by the name of Mr Alfred Weber (a Melita employee) called at our house to repair the fault. He made a couple of calls from his Mobile, explained to us what was wrong and left promising that he will call us in the evening to check if the line was functioning or not.
An hour after leaving our house the phone rang and the fault repaired, thanks to Mr Weber.

I’m Joseph Debattista. Would like to inform you that I never signed a contract with Melita. If I did sign something I was cheated and did not know. Will speak to “Tal-Konsumatur” and will sue you for lieing to me, if you keep on insisting. You should be ashamed for stealing people, better you take care of your customers. I hope you will cut my service, account number 14463.
