After a million telephone calls to customer care representatives, a certain technician by the name of Mr Alfred Weber (a Melita employee) called at our house to repair the fault. He made a couple of calls from his Mobile, explained to us what was wrong and left promising that he will call us in the evening to check if the line was functioning or not. An hour after leaving our house the phone rang and the fault repaired, thanks to Mr Weber. My land line was not working properly for over a month.
