Vodafone Group Plc, established in 1984, is the world’s leading mobile telecommunications company, worth an estimated £66.9 billion and operating in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States with 315 million customers worldwide.
Established in Malta during the 1990’s Vodafone Malta has become one of the most successful and trusted mobile provider in the country, offering not only competitive prices but also professional and courteous customer care, which anyone living in Malta would tell you is a rarity here.
Vodafone Malta doesn’t only offer also Internet and fixed telephony services along with mobile phone services.
Vodafone Mobile Communications
One of Vodafone Malta biggest advantage is the number of different packages and price plans they offer and the flexibility to choose between them. Through researching their customers trends and understanding their needs new packages are created regularly to keep up with their clients changing needs.
Certain packages favour clients who use their mobile phones to make phone calls to other Vodafone directory numbers and other packages favour clients who prefer to send SMS’s.
The choices are really endless and it can be time consuming to go through all of them. But the solution is simple. You can either call Vodafone Malta customer care on the number 247, which is free of charge when calling from a Vodafone number. The Customer service department is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you are calling from any other line call the number 2099 0247 instead.
Another option is to visit one of their many outlets in Malta and Gozo. The staff there will be more than happy to find the right package, which suits your needs.
Our needs in today’s life change relatively often, which is why having so many different packages available from Vodafone is such a fantastic benefit. Packages can be changed when your needs change.
If you are currently with another mobile provider and wish to change to Vodafone remember that you can also keep the same number that you already have.
Vodafone Home Internet
Vodafone Malta offers three different Home Internet Packages depending on your households requirements. Choose the rate that suits you best and benefit from free installation. Prices start from as little as € 9.00 a month. To find out more about their Home Internet Packages simply call their customer care on 247 if calling from a Vodafone number or 2099 0247 from any other line, and speak with a representative to get started. You can also choose to visit one of their outlets.
Vodafone Malta Directory
Switching your landline to Vodafone is very simple. Vodafone don’t charge any connection or transfer fees and you also get to keep the same Telephone number. You can also benefit from reduced rates if you make use of their Home Internet.
Vodafone Malta is not just the leading brand in its industry but they also contribute greatly to the local community and the Maltese environment. They set up a non-profit organization with the aim of establishing social investments to improve the world we live in. They take their corporate social responsibility seriously helping charitable organisations such as YMCA Homeless, Dar tal-Providenza, Razzett tal-Hbiberja and Caritas among many others.

The most annoying part of Vodafone Malta is trying to call on 247 from the UK and get no response, since it does not go through. Also, it’s really boring to receive emails notifications at 1am (in the early hours of the day) when most people are asleep. I hope that this will come to a halt as it’s barbaric and truly a pain!
Dear Sir,
I have a problem that I can only receive messages, but I cannot send. My number is 99020049, I never touched the settings of my mobile.

I have a problem, I can send messages but cannot receive. My number is 9986 1082, I never touched the settings of my mobile neither. Please check and advise asap, thanks.
Somebody gave me one of your chip and I have been trying to phone 16203, but no reply. I am currently a GO customer.
I received two separate phone calls, for which I have the registration numbers. Can I find who phoned me, without my need to phone them? Was wondering if there is some Vodafone directory. Thanks and good day.
I’m very disappointed, because I did not know why my credits was 70hrs free calling only during the weekends. I recently made two top ups of 5 euro each and then made another one of 10 euro and somehow all of my credit is gone! When I spoke to customer care, he told me it’s because I did not top up in one month. This is a shame because if you check my number you realize I’m a good customer. I just wrote you this comment to take care for your customers, because noone will be happy with these things. Regards, Rob.
I have an iPhone 4 which I use in Canada. Will I be able to use it in Malta or will it need some alterations? If so, what will I have to do? Thanks.
