The only reason why you would need a wedding planner is to take care of things for you while you're not on the island and the fees (at least ours) are more than reasonable. The weather was warm, but we loved the sun! The setting was so romantic and we had 30 relatives with us. The food for the reception was provided by Westin Dragonara hotel itself. We had a team member of Gino Galea as our wedding photographer and we absolutely loved the photos and the service is so efficient too! We booked him directly, the prices are cheaper too even for the videography services. The Maltese are very friendly people and do not regret tying the knot in Malta at all! We booked everything directly, there is no need for a wedding planner in our opinion. Just thought you might find this info helpful.
