Hi,

I would like to ask if you know where I can get my iPod fixed. I am having some slight troubles with it overall ... Any ideas who may fix it please? I am not looking for individuals to be honest, I would prefer if they were a company or a well known shop based in Malta.

Thank you

I would like to buy an Apple MacBook, but my father says a normal PC is much better. What are the advantages and disadvantages of an Apple computer? Thanks.

I did buy from LaptopsDirect, just pray you will NEVER have any problems with your laptop as they will try to avoid you at all costs. I got hung upon two times while calling their so called support line ... they are good until you have a problem, then you will regret of ever hearing the name LaptopsDirect. I had to repair my laptop in Malta and the final cost ended up more, than if I would have bought it from Malta in the first place.

@Lino Tabone

If you want try out ebay, great prices but no support at all, from my experience AVOID LaptopsDirect + shipping is about €60 alone!!! They even charge you for using a credit card. Maltese Mac stores, Target Tech is the cheapest, I asked for a price list and the MacBook you requested is €1,345 from them, so it's cheaper than Italy.

@Mark Smith

LaptopsDirect are a fantastic company. I recently purchased a Sony Vaio half the price of local Maltese high street stores. You need to pay for delivery, but the total price of the laptop still falls below half price.

@Gan

If you strangely don't like LaptopsDirect try Savapoint. If you search online about any company you will find only negative comments, people don't complain if something good happens. Take this blog post for example ... at the moment you will see both negative and surprising positive comments about the same company. Personally I purchased my notebook from LaptopsDirect and I didn't have any problems, I strongly recommend this shop to anyone who’s looking to buy from Malta.
