Xmas shopping Malta is usually done in Valletta, the capital city of Malta. In December all Christmas shops in the capital stay open more than normal, usually till very late at night, since the streets are packed with locals and foreigners. In Valletta one will find clothes shops, gift shops and complexes selling books, plants, shoes, model toys, electronics, household decorations and all kind of presents.

Sliema is another popular shopping centre, especially with locals. St Julian’s (Bay Street Complex), Mosta (more central), Fgura (south) and Bugibba (north of Malta) are other locations worth a visit. Personally I prefer to do my Xmas Shopping online.
